He is also the Chairman and Co-founder of Teamlease Services Limited. He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hewitt Outsourcing (Asia) based in Singapore. Manish also serves on various state and central government committees on education, employment and employability and is a columnist for Indian Express. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Shriram College Delhi and Mayo College, Ajmer.

Ashok is the also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Teamlease Services Limited. Ashok holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and a diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru. He is a first generation entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in human resource services industry. He started his career with ICICI Securities, a joint venture of ICICI and JP Morgan in Institutional equities group. Amit Gopal – Sr. Vice President
Amit heads India Life Capital and has over fifteen years of core experience in the domain of pension fund trusts and employee retiral benefits. Amit is a consultant to Pension Fund Trustees of companies across various sizes and DNAs on the design and implementation of retirement plans. He has a strong investments background, having begun his career as an investment advisor to Trustees of provident fund, gratuity and superannuation trust funds. He has consulted Trusts on matters like investment governance, policy formulation, fund monitoring, benchmarking, asset- -allocation and fund manager search. He has been involved in turnkey projects undertaken by India Life Capital, involving consolidation of Fund Assets & Compliances (Pension, Superannuation, Gratuity) of varying complexities, for large MNCs and Indian Companies with operations across multiple locations and large employee headcount. He has extensive experience in merger, de-merger & restructuring of Pension Trusts, drafting of rules of Pension Trusts and defining roles & responsibilities of Trustees, Investment Managers, Administrators & Bankers / Custodians of Pension Trusts. Amit holds an MBA from Pondicherry University.
Prasanna Deokar – Vice President
Prasanna heads the Investment services at India Life Capital. He is a Post-graduate in Economics and Finance. He has been associated with India Life Capital for more than thirteen years. His experience spans all the functions involved in retirement trust fund management. His expertise includes over thirteen years of core experience in the domain of pension fund trusts investment advisory, fund manager evaluation, investment simulation & modelling. He heads a team of investment analysts and has consulted Trusts on matters like investment governance, regulation, state government debts, policy formulation, fund monitoring, benchmarking, asset- allocation and fund manager search.
Vishwanath B. G. – Vice President
Vishwanath has over twenty years of work experience in Financial Services. He has extensive experience of working on large consulting projects involving provident fund exemption, integration, merger – demerger, winding-up of retirement benefit trusts, consolidation of EPS compliance and streamlining investment back-office operations for trust funds. He has a thorough understanding and familiarity with regulations involving the set-up and administration of retirement trusts. He and his team have been involved in over fifty Provident Fund exemption cases and are skilled at documenting, liaising and interfacing with the authorities. Vishwanath is a Consultant to many multinational companies in India for all matters related to Provident Fund, Superannuation and Gratuity.
Mohana S. – Sr. Manager
Mohana is responsible for Investment operations. She oversees the activities of the team which is responsible for controls, processes and quality initiatives in the area of invest operations. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance and pension space, she has led assignments in the areas of investment operations, investment back-office and employee benefits processes and internal controls. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and is a Graduate with Major in Mathematics.
Akhil Sharma – Head – Business Development
Akhil heads the Business Development team and is responsible for top-line growth and sales operations. He and his team are responsible for client engagement, scoping of consulting assignments, preparation of bid documents and overall relationship management. He has more than eleven years of experience in Business Development across Advisory Services, Marketing Services and Hospitality industries.
